Trinity Theatre, an institution in Toronto for over 20 years, trains individuals to become leaders in their own environment. Partners Sandra Crockard and Alan Richardson train youth groups as well as other coaches, school administrators and corporate groups. Using theatre techniques, such as movement, improvisation, and role play, Trinity helps people and organizations address personal and community issues and fulfill their personal leadership potential.

Trinity began in 1982 in downtown Toronto. In the past two decades, hundreds of thousands of school administrators, young people, and corporate leaders have used its services. The name has became synonymous with delivering art based learning programs to the Toronto District School Board. Trinity's youth training helps students identify their capacity for leading their peers and society towards change. And for the first time, it is taking its proven techniques to school boards across the country.
